Each
illusion is hand crafted to exacting specifications by Steve Fearson

the sawing in half illusion performed by David Copperfield as the
Laser.

Today it's not easy to get Steve Fearson to work for you. But he

Fearson's Box is supposed to resemble somthing you created from
stuff in your garage during a stint as a mad scientist.
This illusion can be constructed with a milk crate it's true. But
it's nowhere near as deceptive as when it's constructed from the
particular box used here. The box is larger than a standard milk
crate, it's 15" x 15". It's transluscent, which makes
it even more deceptive. It seems that nothing could be concealed...
but there is. Inside the box is a lift gimmick made of crystal clear
glass. The box can support up to 250 pounds without warping or revealing
the gimmick. Even on a soft surface such as carpet.
They say the devil is in the details. In this case the details are
everywhere. The rope is attached with eyelets and is adjustable
so you can easily customize it to your height. The included nintendo
game controller is plugged right in to the metallicized tubing that
stabilizes the structure of the box. The gimmick is concealed by
a commercial grade carpet base that is meant to last a lifetime.
The lift gimmick literally vanishes into the lines of the carpet.
All of these factors combined give you a top of the line prop that
is unique in every way.
But don't forget the included sign that conceals the box before
and after your performance. The sign isn't what you'd expect. It's
not cardboard or corregated plastic. Odds are you've never laid
hands on a sign of this quality before. It's made of a composite
material called art board. The printing is impregnated through the
board so it can't scratch off. You'll know it's quality when you
feel it. It's heavy. And it's got an easel backing to stand upright
by itself.
